The agreement between you and us when you install an Eversogood app. Last updated 24 August 2026.
Eversogood Web Services Pty Ltd, an Australian company. Contact support@eversogoodapps.com. Installing one of our apps on your Shopify store means you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, uninstall the app.
Eversogood Discount Stacker compiles the promotions you create into Shopify discounts and keeps them up to date, prices them on your storefront, and reports on how they performed. Eversogood Popup collects email signups and passes them into your Shopify customer list.
The discounts themselves are calculated by a Shopify Function inside Shopify's own checkout. We do not sit between your shopper and their order.
Subscription fees are shown on the app's Shopify App Store listing and are billed by Shopify, not by us. Shopify handles the charge, any free trial and any cancellation. Uninstalling the app ends the subscription under Shopify's own billing rules.
We aim to keep the apps running, but they are provided as-is and we do not promise uninterrupted service. The Discount Stacker's entitlement check deliberately fails open: if our billing lookup cannot be reached, your discounts keep working rather than switching off. Nothing here limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other non-excludable law.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim connected with an app is limited to the fees you paid us for that app in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profit or lost revenue.
You can uninstall at any time from your Shopify admin. We may suspend or end access if an app is used unlawfully or in a way that damages the service for others. On uninstall, see the deletion section below.
If we change these terms we update this page and the date at the top. Continuing to use an app after a change means you accept it.
These terms are governed by the law of Australia.
This section forms part of the terms above and applies whenever we process personal data belonging to your customers. It is written to meet Article 28 of the GDPR and the equivalent obligations under the Australian Privacy Act and the CCPA.
For your customers' personal data you are the controller, or business, and we are the processor, or service provider. We process that data only on your documented instructions, which are these terms and your use of the app's settings.
Cloudflare, Inc. provides the compute and the database the apps run on. We will tell you before adding another sub-processor. We remain responsible for their acts and omissions.
Access tokens are encrypted at rest, so a database dump alone cannot act on a store. All traffic is over TLS. Every request from Shopify is signature-verified before it is read, and every read and write is scoped to a single store by construction.
We support Shopify's mandatory privacy webhooks. When Shopify sends a data request or an erasure request for a named customer, we answer or delete accordingly. You can also write to support@eversogoodapps.com and we will help you answer a request you have received directly.
Records are kept while the app is installed. When you uninstall, Shopify sends a shop redaction request about 48 hours later, and every record belonging to your store is deleted. Masked signups are never kept beyond the most recent five per store.
We are in Australia and our infrastructure provider operates globally. Where personal data moves out of the EEA or the UK, it does so under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses and the UK addendum, which are incorporated here by reference.
If we become aware of a personal data breach affecting your customers' data, we will tell you without undue delay and give you what you need to meet your own reporting obligations.
On reasonable written request, and no more than once a year, we will provide the information needed to show we are meeting this addendum.
We do not sell or share personal data, and we do not use it for our own advertising or for anything other than providing the app to you.
